Initial public issue of 54,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shrenik Limited (The "Company" ot The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs40 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs30 per equity share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating Rs21.60 crores ("The Issue"), of which upto 2,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs40 per equity share, aggregating Rs1.15 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 51,12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs40 per equity share, aggregating Rs20.45 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.47% and 25.06% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The Face value of the equity share is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs40 is 4 times of the face value of the equity shares.
