Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue 42,51,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs43 per equity share (The "Issue Price") (including a share premium of Rs33 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs18.28 crores (The "Issue"), of which 2,19,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs43/- per equity share, aggregating Rs0.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "market maker reservation portion").
