Initial public offer consisiting of fresh issue of upto 21,00,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each fully paid ("equity shares") of Mahickra Chemicals Limited ("The Compay" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) (the "issue price") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores (the "issue") of which upto 1,08,000 equity shares of face value Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share, aggregating Rs[*] will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
