Public issue of fresh issue of 48,69,600* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each fully paid up for cash at a price of Rs160 /- per equity
Share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs150 per equity shares) aggregating to Rs77.91 Crores ("the issue"), of which 2,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs160 per equity share aggregating Rs3.90 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of
46,25,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs160/- per equity share, aggregating Rs74.01 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue".
