Initial Public Offer of upto 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each (the "equity shares") of Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited (The "company") for cash at a price of Rs60 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs50 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs60 crores (the "offer") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 30,00,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs18 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 70,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders (referredto as the selling shareholders) aggregating to Rs42 crores ("offer for sale"). The offer would constitute upto 26.63%, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
