Initial Public Issue of 55,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of Laxmi Goldorna House Limited ("the company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs15 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs5 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs8.28 Crores ("issue") of which 2,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for a cash price of Rs15 per equity share, aggregating to Rs0.43 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 52,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at an issue price of Rs15 per equity share aggregating to Rs7.85 Crores (is hereinafter referred to as the ônet issueö). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.45% and 25.07%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price is Rs15. The issue price is 1.5 times of the face value.
