Public issue of 12,61,200 equity shares of a face value of Rs10/- each (the "equity shares") of Rajnish Wellness Limited ("the company" or "rwl" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs95/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs85.00 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs11.98 Crores ("the issue") of which 63,600 equity shares at an issue price of Rs95.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs0.60 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 11,97,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each at an issue price of Rs95.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs11.38 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.99% and 25.62%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs95/- i.e. 9.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
