Public issue of 44,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("equity shares") of Diksha Greens Ltd (the "company"or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs30/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs20/- per equity share (the "issue Price"), aggregating to Rs13.32 Crores ("the issue"), of which 2,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a Price of Rs30/- per equity share, aggregating Rs0.67 Crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the Issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e., Issue of 42,16,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each cash at a price of Rs30/- per equity share, aggregating Rs12.65 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 45.00% and 42.73% respectively of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company.
