Public issue of upto 34,05,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (ôequity sharesö) of Ahlada Engineers Limited ("ahlada", "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs150/- per equity share ("issue price") including share premium of Rs140/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs51.08 Crores* ("the issue"), of which upto 1,71,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for a price of Rs150/- per equity share, aggregating upto Rs2.57 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 32,34,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs150/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs48.51 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.35% and 25.03%, respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each.
