Public issue of 17,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of AKG Exim Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs31.00 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs21.00 per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating Rs5.52 Crores ("the issue"), of which 92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs31.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.29 Crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 16,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each cash at a price of Rs31.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs5.23 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.89% & 25.50% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the Equity Shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs31 (i.e. 3.1 times of the value of the Equity Shares.)
