Initial public offer consisiting fresh issue of 25,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each fully paid of Shubhlaxmi Jewel Art Limited ("the issuer" or "the company") for cash at a price of Rs26 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs16 per equity share) (the "issue price") aggregating Rs6.51 Crores (the "issue") of which 1,28,000 equity shares of face value Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs26 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.33 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 23,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs26 per equity share, aggregating Rs6.18 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue" The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.15% and 28.61%, respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the issue price of Rs26 is 2.6 times of the face value of the equity shares.
