Initial public offer of 21,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of Gensol Engineering Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs83 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs73 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs17.93 Crores (the "issue").
