Initial public offer of 28,02,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00/- each ("Equity Shares") of Jainam Ferro Alloys (I) Limited ("JFAIL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs70/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs60/- per equity share (The "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs19.61 crores ("The Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 13,02,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs9.11 crores (The "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 15,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs10.50/- crores of which 1,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of
Rs70/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs60/- per equity share aggregating to Rs1.05 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e net offer of 26,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00/- each at a price of Rs70/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs60/- per equity share aggregating to Rs18.56 crores (The "Net Offer"). The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.53% and 25.11% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs10/- each.
