Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 42,57,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs84 per equity share (the "issue price (including a share premium of Rs74 per equity' share) aggregating Rs35.76 Crores (the "issue"), of which 2,17,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 Crores for cash at a price of Rs84 per equity share aggregating Rs1.83 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
