Initial Public Issue of 24,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of DC Infotech and Communication Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs45 per equity share (the "issue price"), (including a premuim of Rs35 per equity share), aggregating Rs10.80 Crores ("the issue"), of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 for cash at a price of Rs45 each aggregating Rs0.57 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
