Initial public issue of 29,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each (the "equity shares") of KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited ("the company" or "khfm" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs36 per equity share (including a share Premium of Rs26 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs10.62 Crores ("the issue") of which upto 1,47,500 equity shares aggregating to Rs0.53 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 28,02,500 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each at an issue price of Rs36 per equity share aggregating to Rs10.09 Crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute upto 30.41% and upto 28.89%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10.00 each and the issue price of Rs36 is 3.6 times of the face value.
