Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 45,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs26 per equity share (The "Issue Price") (including a share premium of Rs16 per equity share) aggregating Rs11.90 crores (The "Issue"), of which 2,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs26/- per equity share, aggregating Rs0.60 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 43,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs26/- per equity share, aggregating Rs11.30 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue".
