Initial public issue of upto 12,57,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each ("equity shares") of Aaron Industries Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs38.00 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs28.00 per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating Rs4.78 Crores ("the issue"), of which 63,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs38.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.24 Crores will be reserved for the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue to public will be 11,94,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs38.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs4.54 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The public issue and the net issue will constitute 26.28%and 24.96% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
