Initial public issue of 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Kore Digital Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer Company") for cash at a price Rs180/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs170/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to
Rs18.00 crores ("The Issue"), out of which 52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for a cash price of Rs180/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs0.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 9,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs180/- per equity share aggregating to Rs17.06 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.41 %and 26.93 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10.00 each and the issue price of Rs180 is 18.0 times of the face value.
