Public issue of 50,55,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Oriana Power Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs118 per equity (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs59.66 crores ("The Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 50,55,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs59.66 crores (the "Fresh Issue") of which 2,55,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs3.02 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 48,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs56.64 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.36% and 25.02% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
