Initial public issue of 17,20,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Kody Technolab Limited ("KTL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs160/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs150/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to
Rs27.52 crores ("The Issue"), of which 86,400 equity shares of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs160/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs150/- per equity share aggregating to Rs1.38 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 16,33,600 equity shares of Rs10/- each including a share premium of Rs150/- per equity share aggregating to Rs26.14 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.99% and 25.63%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
