Initial public offering of up to 26,284,500 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each ("Equity Shares") of HD Fire Protect Limited ("The Company"or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (Including a Securities Premium Of Rs[*] Per Equity Share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore through an offer for sale ("The Offer") of upto 8,983,700 equity shares of face value of Rs5 each aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore by Harish Narshi Dharamshi and up to 17,300,800 equity shares of face value of Rs5 each aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore by Kusum Harish Dharamshi (together, the "Promoter Selling Shareholders", and such offer for sale of equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders, the "Offer For Sale" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each, aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore (Constituting Up To[*]% Of The Post-Offer Paid-Up Equity Share Capital), for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion").
