Initial public issue of up to 29,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Kratikal Tech Limited ("KTL") or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs37.63-39.69 Crores ("the Issue"), of which 1,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share aggregating to Rs1.92-2.03 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 27,90,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share aggregating to Rs35.71-37.67 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.49% and 25.13%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs128/- to Rs135/- per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 12.80 times of the face value and the cap price is 13.50 times of the face value.
Bids can made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
