Initial public offer of up to 5891285 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Innovision Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs548 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs538 Per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs322.84 crores ("Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 4653285 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs255.00 crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 12,38,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs67.84 crores by the promoter selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") comprising up to 619,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs33.92 crores by LT Col Randeep Hundal and up to 619,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs33.92 crores by Uday Pal Singh (Collectively, the "Promoter Selling Shareholders" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
