Initial public offering of upto 42,94,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("equity shares") of Fascinate Textiles Limited ("the company") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (including share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) ("offer price"), aggregating up to Rs[*] crores comprising a fresh issue of up to 34,58,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs[*] crores by the company (the "fresh issue") and offer for sale of up to 8,36,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs[*] crores by the promoter's group selling shareholder, (the "offered shares") (the "offer for sale" and together with the fresh offer, the "offer") of which upto [*] equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "market maker reservation portion").
