Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company at a price of Rs119-127 per equity share ("Offer Price") (Including a Share Premium of Rs109-117 Per equity Share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs76.64-81.79 Crore ("Public Offer"), out of which 3,23,000 equity share of face value of Rs10 each, at an offer price of Rs119-127 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs109-117 Per equity Share) for cash, aggregating to Rs3.84-4.10 Crore Will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 61,17,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs119-127 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to

The floor price is 11.90 times the face value and cap price is 12.70 times the face value of the equity shares.
