Initial public offer of up to 55,50,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Complete Sports and Management India Limited ("the Company" or "CSML" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs71.04-74.93 Crores ("the Issue"), of which up to 2,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share aggregating to Rs3.58-3.78 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Net issue of up to 52,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs128-135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs118-125 per equity share aggregating to Rs67.46-71.15 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.99% and 25.63% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs128/- to Rs135/- per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price and the cap price are 12.80 times and 13.50 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each thereafter.
