Initial public issue of upto 28,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Vans Electroengineerings Limited ("the Company" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs112-118 per equity share (including share premium of Rs102-108 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs32.26-33.98 Crores ("Public Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 28,80,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs32.26-33.98 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") out of which 1,46,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an issue price of Rs112-118 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs1.64-1.73 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion") and upto 48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an issue price of Rs112-118 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs0.54-0.57 crores will be reserved for subscription by the eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion and employee reservation portion i.e. Issue of 26,85,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an issue price of Rs112-118 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs30.08-31.69 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.47% and 24.68% respectively of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs112 to Rs118 per equity share of face value Rs10/- each.
The floor price (Rs112) is 11.2 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is (Rs118) 11.8 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2400 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
