Initial public issue of 7,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each fully paid) ("equity shares") of Priti International Ltd (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs75 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs65 per equity share) aggregating to Rs5.26 Crores (the "issue"), of which 35,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs75/- per equity share aggregating Rs0.27 Crores well be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 6,65,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs75/- per equity share aggregating to Rs4.99 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.01% and 25.66% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs7.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
