SPR Auto Technologies reports Rs 14,992 million income, a 51% rise year-over-year

SPR Auto Technologies Limited, formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting consolidated total income of Rs 14,992 million, a 51% year-over-year increase, and consolidated EBITDA of Rs 2,828 million, up 27% year-over-year. The company, which manufactures pistons, piston pins, piston rings, engine valves, and automotive interior solutions, also completed the acquisition of piston manufacturing lines from Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is progressing with the integration of its Auto Interior Solutions & Lighting businesses.
