Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lloyds Global Resources FZCO, has incorporated a step-down subsidiary, Vector Asset Holdings Limited, in the Isle of Man, with a share capital of USD 1 (One US Dollar). The acquisition, intended to establish a holding structure for international funding and investment activities, involved a consideration of USD 1 (One US Dollar) paid by Lloyds Global Resources FZCO, resulting in Lloyds Global Resources FZCO holding 100% of Vector Asset’s equity.
