PNB Housing Finance Ltd consolidated sales up 3.75% on year in Q2FY2026

PNB Housing Finance Ltd share price slipped 3.25% to Rs 1050.0 after the company's net profit dropped 15.01% to Rs 557.34 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 3.75% to Rs 2263.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Housing Finance Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.8 lakh crore, slipping 2.32%. It has eased by 1.54% over last one week and softened by 2.48% in last one month while the market capitalization of PNB Housing Finance Ltd has slipped by 1.81% and 1.45% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of PNB Housing Finance Ltd stood at Rs 718.44 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 4.44% year-on-year, and tumbling by 15.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 731 crore, easing 5.77% YoY and nosediving by 18.15% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 17.43% to Rs 1546.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 134.67 crore, rising by 7.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 10.95% to Rs 8504.52 crore, while net profit expanded by 18.34% to Rs 2291.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 249869% to Rs 3036.05 crore, and PBT rose 19.50% to Rs 2970.61 crore compared to previous TTM. PNB Housing Finance Ltd jumped 39.38% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.94% during the same period.
