India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd consolidated sales up 4.74% on year in Q1FY2026, net profit registered a growth of 10.90%

India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd share price headed higher 5.43% to Rs 682.55 after the company's net profit rose by 10.90% to Rs 137.59 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 4.74% to Rs 408.23 crore in Q1FY26 over Q4FY25. The market capitalization of Housing Finance Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.69 lakh crore, slipping 2.29%. It has softened by 2.15% over last one week and crept higher by 2.09% in last one month while the market capitalization of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd has slipped by 6.96% and 17.31% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd stood at Rs 180.03 crore in Q1 FY26, jumping 28.96% year-on-year, and climbing 12.55% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 183 crore, expanding by 28.62% YoY and improving 12.15% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 0.68% to Rs 228.24 crore in Q1FY26 over Q1FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 79.43 crore, dipping slightly 1.10% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 31.12% to Rs 1528.39 crore, while net profit soared by 33.15% to Rs 503.15 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 47999% to Rs 665.29 crore, and PBT soared 33.55% to Rs 653.29 crore compared to previous TTM. India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd tumbled by 26.17% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
