Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd consolidated sales down 17.67% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 1303.18%

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd share price softened by 2.62% to Rs 137.3 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 1303.18% to Rs 37.78 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 17.67% to Rs 294.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Financial Technology (Fintech) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.86 lakh crore, easing 1.83%. It has inched up 2.52% over last one week and soared by 19.88% in last one month while the market capitalization of Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 37.87 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 18.89% year-on-year, and rallying 633.91% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 35 crore, nosediving by 29.78% YoY and expanding by 382.12% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 9.33% to Rs 331.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 65.44 crore, rising by 10.30% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 742.71% to Rs 662.71 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 0.39% to Rs 194.11 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 24417% to Rs 218.86 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 2.06% to Rs 189.36 crore compared to previous TTM.
