Setco Automotive Ltd share price softened by 2.04% to Rs 17.81 after the company's net profit tanked by 338.54% to Rs 136.42 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 27.51% to Rs 250.63 crore in Q1FY26 over Q4FY25.
The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.14 lakh crore, rising 4.60%. It has inched up 0.66% over last one week and jumped by 17.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of Setco Automotive Ltd has slipped by 1.05% and 9.67% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Setco Automotive Ltd stood at Rs 137.22 crore in Q1 FY26, nosediving by 710.41% year-on-year, and tanking 451.94% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 14 crore, plunging by 61.99% YoY and crashing by 49.18% sequentially.
Total expenses surged 35.60% to Rs 236.05 crore in Q1FY26 over Q1FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 127.9 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 38.03% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 29.75 crore, expanding by 7.48% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 12.17% to Rs 718.63 crore, while net profit eased 6.52% to Rs 126.33 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 6617% to Rs 97.47 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 8.62% to Rs 129.18 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 89.24 crore in FY26, as against Rs 69.17 crore in FY25.
Setco Automotive Ltd soared by 11.31% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 4.24% during the same period.
