The notification, addressed to The General Manager, The Manager Department of Corporate Services, Listing Department BSE Limited, and Listing Department National Stock Exchange of India Limited, specifies that no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were made by the rating agency. The reaffirmed rating applies specifically to the Basel III Tier - II Bonds, and the announcement was made on August 19, 2026, with a maturity date of 44/2026-27.
