Times Green Energy board approves Rs 100 crore fundraising via QIP, rights issue, or debt

Times Green Energy (India) Limited announced its board approved a plan to raise up to Rs 100 crore through a combination of equity share offerings, potentially including a further public issue, debt issuance, rights issue, or qualified institutions placement (QIP), among other permissible modes. The company also plans to alter its memorandum of association to expand its business, and appointed M/s. TRAK and Associates as statutory auditors for five years. Additionally, the board appointed Sheeza Abbas and Ramakrishna Avadhanam as additional directors, subject to shareholder approval, while noting the cessation of Bhambal Ram Meena and Sripati Susheela from their director roles effective August 25, 2026.
