Innovision Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) / Work Order Engagement from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for user fee collection agency services at the Pachwara fee plaza on NH-39, part of the Jhansi Khajuraho section in Madhya Pradesh. The contract, awarded on September 7, 2026, also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recouping consumable items, with a broad commercial consideration of Rs 24,52,79,635 and a one-year execution period. The company confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in NHAI, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
