Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd IPO subscribed 0.56 times

The offer received bids for 5.05 crore units as against 9.01 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd IPO received bids for 5,05,00,850 units as against 9,00,88,286 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 12:24 IST on Friday (31 July 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.56 times. The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 and it will close on Friday, 31 July 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 560 per share to 590 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 25 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 8,000 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,275 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 9,275 crore.
