Leap India Ltd IPO subscribed 0.03 times

The offer received bids for 0.39 crore units as against 11.5 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Leap India Ltd IPO received bids for 39,18,766 units as against 11,49,91,735 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 11:40 IST on Friday (7 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.03 times. The issue opened for bidding on Friday, 7 August 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 11 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 151 per share to 159 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 94 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 480 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,000 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 2,480 crore.
