Skyways Air Services Ltd IPO subscribed 1.16 times

The offer received bids for 3.42 crore units as against 2.96 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Skyways Air Services Ltd IPO received bids for 3,42,02,400 units as against 2,95,83,600 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:12 IST on Monday (24 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.16 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 24 August 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 131 per share to 138 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 398 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 184 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 582 crore.
