Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd IPO subscribed 5.31 times

The offer received bids for 6.97 crore units as against 1.31 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd IPO received bids for 6,96,65,865 units as against 1,31,24,929 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:47 IST on Wednesday (26 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 5.31 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 24 August 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 938 per share to 988 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 15 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,607 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,757 crore.
