Hy-Tech Engineers Ltd IPO subscribed 50.86 times

The offer received bids for 92.28 crore units as against 1.81 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Hy-Tech Engineers Ltd IPO received bids for 92,28,17,720 units as against 1,81,45,406 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:47 IST on Wednesday (26 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 50.86 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 24 August 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 50 per share to 53 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 283 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 75 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 135 crore.
