Lumino Industries Ltd IPO subscribed 1.42 times

The offer received bids for 9 crore units as against 6.32 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Lumino Industries Ltd IPO received bids for 9,00,23,752 units as against 6,32,05,127 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:42 IST on Thursday (27 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.42 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 27 August 2026 and it will close on Monday, 31 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 78 per share to 82 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 182 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 200 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 700 crore.
