The initial public offer of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd IPO received bids for 3,20,20,071 units as against 3,69,12,363 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:29 IST on Thursday (10 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.87 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 11 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 132 per share to 139 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 107 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 732 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 732 crore.
